We’re delighted to introduce Melanie Harvey as the newest member of our Sales Team at Alpha-Cure. In her role as Customer Account Co-ordinator, Mel is already making waves with her brilliant customer service skills and calm, can-do approach. With a background in recruitment and hospitality, she brings a unique and valuable skillset to the team – and she’s already proving why she’s the perfect fit.

There’s a new voice at the end of the phone (and a very organised one at that)! We’re thrilled to officially welcome Melanie Harvey to the Alpha-Cure team as one of our Customer Account Co-ordinators.
Mel joined us earlier this year and has hit the ground running. She’s already taken on some of our most valued customers, making sure their orders are processed swiftly and accurately. From lamp specs to logistics, Mel is ensuring things move smoothly – particularly for our overseas clients, where shipping, customs, and timing can often be a challenge.
Mel’s career path to Alpha-Cure has been a little different to most – which is exactly why we love having her on board. Before joining us, she had a long and successful career in recruitment, helping people find the right role (something we’re glad she now did for herself!). And before that, she ran a pub – so dealing with busy days, unpredictable requests and repeat orders is already second nature. Shipping UV lamps around the world suddenly seems quite tame in comparison.
From her very first week, Mel’s been a fantastic asset – building great relationships with customers, keeping communication crystal clear, and injecting a bit of humour into even the busiest of days. It’s clear that she shares the Alpha-Cure commitment to quality, reliability, and excellent service.
We’re very pleased to have her on the team.
