1. UV Test Dosimeters for UV-A LED 395nm Systems
Designed specifically for UV-A LED 395nm devices, UV dosimeters offer a simple, effective way to monitor ultraviolet energy exposure during the curing process. These dosimeter strips are ultra-thin, flexible, and self-adhesive. Their compact design makes them ideal for use in confined spaces or on contoured surfaces, delivering accurate and immediate visual feedback on UV dose.
UV-A Card for 0-5000 mJ/cm2
Features
- For measuring curing of UV-A LED at 395 nm
- Thin (0.2 mm) and flexible – ideal for narrow spaces
- Indicator temperature tolerance: 15-70° C | 59-158° F
- Adhesive backing for use on any object or placement
- Packaged in resealable pouches
Specification
- 2 indicators per pack
- 2.5” x 3.5” dosimeter card
- 3-year shelf life
- Single use only
- Keep away from direct sunlight
How to use
- To use, peel backing from adhesive strip and place card on any surface or material that will be cured with UV-A LED devices (395 nm). Make sure the yellow indicator area faces the UV light source.
- After exposure, use the colour reference to determine if the desired dose of UV energy (mJ/cm²) was achieved.
- Note results and retain or discard exposed dosimeter in accordance with site requirements.
2. UV Test Dot Dosimeters for UV LED 260 – 280nm Systems
UV-C LED Dots are compact, single-use UV dosimeters engineered to visually confirm and measure exposure to UV LED energy within the 260–280 nm wavelength range.
Features
- For measuring curing of UV-C LED at 260-280nm
- Easy to read Colour Reference Chart – 10, 50, 75, 100mJ/cm² energy thresholds
- Adhesive backing for use on any substrate or placement
Specification
- 5 Dosimeter Dots + 1 Colour Reference Chart per pack
- Compact 1 inch diameter Dots
- 3-year shelf life
- Single use only
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- Store in dry, cool place such as desk drawer
How to use
- Apply the Dot to a representative area on or near the cured material.
- Expose the Dot during the curing cycle using your UV-C LED system.
- Review the colour of the Dot immediately after exposure and compare the colour to the included reference chart to determine the dose received.
- Record and store results for quality assurance documentation.
For accurate readings, it is best to assess the Dot’s colour immediately after the curing cycle.
